For this project Steur invited Dutch and Belgium artists to create new work on location. A choreographer, sound artist, a land-art/theatre group and Steur himself started working in the remains of a brick factory. It was abandoned 80 years ago, reclaimed by nature and now again manipulated by the artists. The challenge Steur imposed on the artists was to not use any electricity for creating and showing their work. They shouldn’t use any premeditated ideas either: “The location is our source for inspiration”. The audience was asked to follow a route, passing all performances / installations.
